Service Agreements: The provision of any logistics service is subject to a separate, formal Service Agreement, Contract, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, or similar governing document executed between N2N SCS and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding the specific service.
Tariffs and Rules: All services are provided subject to our standard terms, conditions, tariffs, and rules, which are available upon request.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Site to request quotes, inquire about services, or track shipments.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless N2N SCS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site’s content and services other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
